I have been a Henne customer for many years. I trust them to be honest and fair in their dealings with me, and I assume, all their customers. They have always been straightforward when discussing the quality of their products and they've always offered options for what I can purchase in my desired price range. Both John Henne and William have helped me and they have both been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and gracious. I have never felt pressured. William is my "go to" person right now and I always enjoy interacting with him. I would, and do, recommend Henne to anyone looking for a trustworthy, customer focused, high quality jeweler.

Could not have imagined my engagement day without a ring from Henne Jewelers! Selecting an engagement ring is a very exciting, yet very unfamiliar and difficult time. The staff made this process so enjoyable and memorable. They will make anyone feel like family and their motto of "Jewelers for Life" is much more than a slogan! Thank you to John and the wonderful people at Henne for making my engagement day so perfect. Next up, wedding bands!!!

Henne is the best, period.  

Finding the perfect engagement ring proved to be much more difficult than I anticipated.  I spent hours scouring websites and visiting jewelers all over the greater Pittsburgh area.  I was getting pretty discouraged not being able to find a quality ring that fit my budget --- thankfully, my searching eventually led me to Henne.

The staff was professional and friendly throughout the entire process (especially Juliet).  They understood what I was looking for and respected my budget, never pushy.  I couldn't be happier with the diamond ring they found me, and the value I got is unmatched.  

I highly recommend Henne for any guy out there starting his search for the perfect engagement ring.  My only regret is not visiting Henne sooner!

This was absolutely the best decision I could make to find an engagement ring. Jami helped me out and made the process easy to understand for a jewelry rookie like myself. We found a beautiful ring that my fiancee loves and we'll cherish forever. And just so you know, once you walk out the door, Henne will still be giving you top-tier treatment. All class here.

We found ourselves in a time crunch to get a wedding band just over two weeks before our wedding when another jeweler fell flat on their promise to order us the matching band to our engagement ring. When proposed with the challenge of making a custom band in 10 days (to account for travel time to destination!) John Henne did not back down. In fact, he didn't even hesitate to accept the challenge. At this point he turned things over to Jami LoAlbo who helped us design our band. Jami was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and continued to ease all our concerns about possibly not having a wedding band for our wedding day. When we picked up the band it was PERFECT. It was far more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. I returned a few days later to have Jami help me pick out a wedding gift for my bride and she again was wonderful and led me to the perfect necklace within my budget. Thank you Jami and John!
