I have always had a positive experience shopping here. Great place for beautiful pieces at great prices. You can't beat the customer service. Each and every person that I have worked with was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their inventory and specials. We had a custom pendant made by John and designed by Jen at one point and we couldn't have been happier with it. Absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted.There are always customers in the store which confirms my opinion that this is the place to go for your jewelry.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with my redesigned engagement/wedding ring. We incorporated my grandmother's diamonds along with my engagement diamond and 4 marquise to create a one-of-a kind keepsake ring that is gorgeous. I want to thank Tiffany for her guidance, expertise and patience during our consultations. Also, our gratitude to the talented craftsman who designed my ring.

Although the jewelry pieces I had repaired there are not high end pieces, to my bride of 39 years they are priceless. I was treated as if I was buying the highest priced items in the store. Great feeling. The work was done quickly and the ring set looks better than we remember it when new. If you are considering jewelry repair or purchase, this is the place.

High quality work and great people! This is the only jewelry store where we will buy things. I hate how the normal chain stores have these people that try to really build up anything and everything you look at. "oh your wife will love that, it's gorgeous!" ummm you never met here? Trinity has real, honest people. They do their own work right in the building so you don't have to worry about your things disappearing. My family has been doing business with them for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the experience and products.

Always a pleasant experience when we come to Trinity! Polite and helpful staff is always ready to help but never pressures you to buy. I've been coming to Trinity for about 10 years for everything from the engagement ring to anniversary gifts. It's great to have a jeweler you can trust and rely on no matter what you need!
