I recently purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend from the McKnight Pittsburgh store, everyone was so helpful and nice! The experience was so important to me and finding the right ring was made simple with the helpfulness of the staff. I’m sure I’ll be returning to get the wedding rings when the time comes, and I’m sure the experience will be the same. Thank you for making this big decision in my life such a simple and easy purchase. Jared’s is lucky to have such an awesome store in their company.

My ring was purchased online.  Shipping was fast and no issues after placing order, but the website is a little behind the times and their chat bot is the worst ever.  They really need to contact Servicefriend about updating to a hybrid chat bot like most companies are now using.  Don't make your customers wait 3 hours just to get a generic answer.  I took ring to a Jared's store for resizing and we were treated like royalty.  I felt much better about my purchase.  The saleswoman was able to sell me on the extended warranty...she was good! Make sure you purchase the extended warranty.  I have been back to Jared's on McKnight Road 8 times -that's right 8 times because little diamonds keep popping out of my engagement ring that i have had for 11 months.  BUYER BEWARE..
Update - Jared's is replacing my defective ring. They states because it had been sized smaller after we purchased it that compromised the diamonds on the band and that is why they are popping out.  I am very glad for the fix and the fast response

Every time I shop at Jared I am met and assisted by the nicest, friendlist staff.  I always feel like no matter what the purchase it is special.  I will always be a loyal customer.

My engagement ring and wedding band are the most beautiful pieces of jewelry I have ever owned and i couldnt be happier wuth them. However...when I went to pick them up, I was treated like I wasn't even able to afford looking at the products that Jared sells. I was talked to like I was poor and like I would never be able to afford the jewelry...until they realized that my $5,000 bridal set was PAID IN FULL upon ordering. Only then was the customer service friendly and inviting. I recommend Jared as a fine jeweler but your employees and representatives need an update on their customer service skills and to remember never to judge a book by its cover. I will never return to Jared on McKnight road in Pittsburgh again.
