The staff at the Woodbury Paradise is amazing! Every time I go in there they make me feel like I'm VIP. My vehicles come out perfect every time. I even utilized the "Back to New" package once on a friends truck for a Christmas present and it actually looked like a new truck! That was way beyond my expectations. I can't stress enough how amazing they are. I recommend all my neighbors to them and anyone else who expects more from a car wash. Get the monthly unlimited! It's the best deal...

Purchased a vehicle and it needed a detail. I paid for the classic service @ $139.99. The car smells great and is definitely cleaner than when I brought it in. The carpets are perfect. But they missed quite a few details. The glass in front of the speedometer was still gunky on the right side, small crumbs still stuck in the crevices of the leather, cup holders still have gunk on the inside edges. Just miscellaneous spots mostly related to the dash and center console. Overall I'm pretty satisfied and I'm not sure if I'm expecting too much or not. I used to do cleaning and wouldn't leave things like that untouched.

It's a hit or miss at this car wash. Good crew = good wash and not so good crew = not so good wash. They also seem to have an issue forgetting to put your rubber mats back in your car or just not cleaning the rubber mats that you paid extra to get sprayed down. Advice: just double check your car when it's "done" and bring up any issues on the spot.

Could not say enough good things about this place. It was a little spendy but well worth it. My vehicle is for car pooling a bunch of construction workers with a lot of mud. They were able to get everything out including caulk. Very detailed, looked like a new car.

Very satisfied with the process here. It’s a busy place on nice days and peak times but going at non-peak times is a breeze. They’ve all done a great job getting the vehicle looking new again. 

Though not complaints or major issues, there are two things I’d change: First, get the outside order person a tablet or iPad that’s connected with the reception/payment desk so that person can enter the orders as he takes them. There’s a disconnect there. Second, get some decent creamer for your coffee (a coffee upgrade wouldn’t hurt either, Keurig). That powder seems designed to accommodate astronauts to the moon, not my mouth on Thursday mornings. :)
