I had the nicest experience here! My sales consultant Era was super nice, extremely helpful and she helped my find the most gorgeous dress I could have ever imagined wearing for my wedding day. Everytime I tried on a dress she asked what I liked and didn't like about it. After I was done trying on all the dresses we had picked out, she said she had one last one she thought I would like. She came back with it and I fell in love!!! I even cried! Needless to say, i was so nervous I actually left the dress, but went back later that day to purchase it. She worked me in, let me try it on again and once again I cried. I am so happy with my purchase and can't wait to wear my wedding dress on my wedding day!!

The sales person treated my daughter rudely. After finding out we had visited a shop prior it was like she didn't want to help us. Had a very indifferent attitude towards my daughter. Dresses arn't well cared for. All squished together so the beading gets caught on the dresses next to it.

Took us in last minute. Tried to match a dress we were looking for. While they didn't have anything close to what we were looking for, these ladies are professional, go out of their way to help as much as they can and have a wealth of knowledge between them. Definitely recommend this as a stop when looking for a gown

All my worries and searching came to a end once I went to Here comes the Bride. I found my dress and I was sooo pleased with it. The alterations lady was amazing. Believe me if you feel the price is high but let me tell you it is well worth it. They made my dress fit perfect. Would recommend as a option when looking for that magical dress.

Top notch customer service! The ladies working there are all super friendly and helpful! Not pushy at all! Thank you for the dress of my dreams!!!
