I just had the WORST experience I've ever had at hot topic. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ran inside to buy my friend some hair dye so she could wait in the car with her dog. I go inside and they demand to see my ID for a DEBT CARD. The manager was rude when I told her I didn't have my ID on me. What should've taken five minutes took more like fifteen minutes. She had to park the car and come in with her ID, leaving the dog in the car because of a stupid policy that has never been inforced before. I've never had that happen in a hot topic before, all I was buying was some damn hair dye. I will never shop here ever again.

The girls there were so nice! And the cloth was very amazing ,music was going off the whole time which makes the store more comfortable, they did everything they could to help us and were so freaking polite thank you girls if you are reading this! And now I really want to work there! ~Sincerely a MCR fan!
