By far one of the worst experiences! I went with my husband so he could get fitted for a wedding and they took the measurements wrong. When he went in to pick it up, the shirt was two sizes bigger and the pants were extremely long. Not one person apologized for getting the sizing wrong. We had to go back and pick up the suit the following day, an hour before the ceremony. Later that day we found out more groomsmen had the same issue. I don't recommend them.

Awful customer service. I'm so glad i went to a different location that actually helped us. I do not recommend this location.

Men’s Wearhouse tailored a pair of my suit pants three days before New Years Eve. Now my pants fit great. Thank You for excellent service.

I went to the Schaumburg location today. Was extremely disappointed in the service. Not attentive and quick to get a sale. But I need a suit so I decided to check out the army trail location. 

I met with John at the army trail location and he won me back. Extremely satisfied with how he listened to my needs and gave me options so I could choose what worked best for me. I will be back.
