When my mother decided to purchase a home in Kirksville, MO she asked for my advice.  I am a licensed realtor in Missouri and felt it would be best to choose a local agent to assist her as I live several hours away.  Fortunately we met Leah Vincent with Heritage House Realty whom we found to be very knowledgeable, intelligent, prompt and direct with answers.  She knows the market and the inventory, both resale and new construction.  Leah is also kind and communicates well in person, by phone, email or text.  She accommodated our separate schedules and is in our opinion top notch.

When we moved to town we asked for a recommendation and our relationship with Heritage House was started. They helped us find the perfect house and could not have done one thing better than they did to make the process easier. If integrity, customer-service, and knowledge of the market is important to you- I'm sure the other realtors in town are great as well, but our experience was with Heritage House- and we found all of those things in abundance at this locally owned company!

Scott Lyons and Heritage House did an exceptional job in helping us sell our home. We were first time sellers and needed a lot of advice and instruction. Scott was very helpful and always making sure we were up to date with our sale. I would highly recommend Scott Lyons and Heritage House to any friends and family.

Excellent Realtors! I worked with Rick Bachman of Heritage House. He not only gave great advice which helped sell my home quickly, he went above and beyond to help us find and buy our new home!  He always made time for us and was available and responsive through email, call or text. Rick helped us in every stage of the process to ensure we had everything we needed to close on both our homes. 
I highly recommend Heritage House for both buying and selling. They are professional, friendly, helpful and if they don't know they'll find out for you. Overall an excellent team of Realtors to work with!
