The worst renters you could ever lease from...DON'T DO IT! They are rude, unhelpful and always seem like they're tired of dealing with you, from the moment you're first viewing an apartment to every tortuous moment you have to deal with them after that. Oh, and don't expect your deposit back...EVER! I spent two days cleaning up our place before we left (and we had damaged NOTHING!) and we didn't see a dime of our supposedly "refundable" deposit. Students at Truman are usually forced to rent from these horrible landlords due to limited rentals in Kirksville and that is a travesty because these guys are simply awful. You know they know how bad they are when they have to get friends (I'm guessing anyway) to give blank, clearly bumper (AND BOGUS) 5 Star reviews.

I called every week for over a month and never got a call back. Next thing I know the property was rented out from under us when they said we would be the first to know. The front desk woman is incredibly rude and the properties all needed a lot of work. Incredibly dissatisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away at all costs - there are so many wonderful landlords in Kirksville, however this is not one of them. Don't expect to see your security deposit returned in any reasonable fashion or timeframe. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Renters Beware. Worst customer service I have ever received. The current front desk lady is rude and unhelpful. Rent from somewhere else.
