Love living here! I never truly want to see from anywhere else but I do want to visit everywhere else. Heritage Park is a beautiful neighborhood with great neighbors, the HOA on the other hand is probably just as frustrating or challenging as any other HOA in Florida, which is unfortunate. There are wonderful amenities, a decent school that they renovated, new puppy part put it in a few years ago Tamil basketball courts, small weight room, walking pads, E-Tec. Comes with everything but there's a lot of construction out front right now which makes it difficult coming in or going out of the neighborhood, but once it's finished it will be beautiful again. The reduction of two stars is in reference to the challenges and struggles that I've endured from the HOA over the last few years. Otherwise, the neighborhood & my neighbors are perfect!
