You are definitely paying for convenience with this parking lot. At $15, it felts like a real tourist trap. 
i had to drive around quite a bit to get a park but eventually I got one on the top roof.  The view up there was real nice. Then it felt like the elevator took 10 minutes to arrive by then I was making my way down the stairs.

Great garage and parking area. It's a little pricey but your car is covered and other open lots are just as costly. We live locally so we buy a discount parking card to use in park and pay lots as well as this parking garage. Convenient to the Information Center, which has beautiful displays, gift shop as well as public restrooms.

I wish I could give ZERO STAR for this parking place.
Me and my family went to this parking garage on the weekend and paid 15$ for nearly 3 hours, only to come back and see someone bumped in to my car and completely smashed part of the rear bumper.  The damage was so severe that the bumper came out of its place. So my husband went to the administration office  to ask them to pull out the security footage and find out who did this and their reply was “ oh, we are sorry about that but we can’t do nothing for you because we don’t have any security cameras”.
A parking building that takes about thousand cars each day for 15$DOLLER each can not install a God damn security cameras.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO PARK HERE.
Even parking in the street would be a better option.

$15 all day rate- little high but worth it to not drive around looking for parking. Located right next to public restrooms and information center. Pickup/dropoff for tour trolley as well. Great for walking downtown St. Augustine

Beautiful at Christmas. Wonderful trolley ride and horse drawn carriages. We love Harry's seafood . Parking is a premium so you have to be willing to walk.
