If you want the truth. This guy and the whole company sucks. I have ran a business for10+ years and never seen the disrespect these guys have for their customers. They will do anything to charge you even a dollar more than the actual price. I never leave bad reviews but I had to voice my opinion on this one. Guys go with any other company. I promise you will save yourself not a headache, but a migraine. Bill I hope your place goes under.

During October 2017, I contacted Bill Trombly Plumbing in regard to a heater installation. Their knowledgeable Comfort Advisor scheduled a visit and presented us with some options. Weeks later, we decided on an option and a new heater was ordered and installed. We did encounter a problem (not related to the heater or their work). The Comfort Advisor addressed the issue to everyone’s satisfaction. We would use their services again.

We are really happy with the service we got. The entire progress was extremely easy. From the quote by Paul through ordering with Donna in the office to install done by their professional staff. They found us rebates and financing showing they weren’t just looking out for their pockets but also ours while giving us what we needed Would definitely recommend them.

We recently had a new furnace/boiler installed by Bill Trombly. They were one of 5 companies we met with. Paul Gagne spent a generous amount of time with my wife and I going through various options and price points to meet our needs. He included photos of different installations and taught us a lot about how it all worked. Russ and Steve did the install quickly after we met with Paul and decided to go with Trombly. It was a 3-day project and each day they were at our house early and ready to go. Very neat, clean and polite. Russ also came back to the house on the 4th evening when we were home to go over the system and explain what did what which was very nice. No complaints on our decision. Highly recommend Bill Trombly Plumbing Heating & Fuel Oil.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire project--installation of a mini-split air conditioning system. They came when they said they would, the workers were extremely professional, and adept at their jobs. They cleaned up after working, always wore shoe protective booties in the house, were very patient and kind explaining how it worked, etc. They said it would be two days, and it was. Everything was perfectly executed and a pleasure to do business with all the members of the company.
