Sorry, but I was told I needed a pricier new faucet, and a very pricey water heater replacement. Then, I did not get return calls in a timely manner (despite daily kitchen floods). When I did get a return call with an appointment window (a WEEK later), no one showed. I had to call AGAIN at 6pm to find out what happened. I would think that if you were not going to make a 2pm appointment, you would know that at 2pm and you would contact your customer. We called D.E. Roy and were serviced immediately for $2,000 LESS. We just needed to repair the faucet seal, and replace the gauge on existing water heater. If you want a successful business, you need to be honest and upfront with your customers - return calls in a timely manner and discuss solution options vs recommending very expensive services that might not be NEEDED.

On time on the spot and did what was necessary to keep me running. Eric was amazing and I would highly recommend you call him. Great service, great price and professional all the way.

Kevin hasn't even left the house yet or made the repair but I have to praise these guys for coming out for a semi-emergency that my usual high-priced company would not help with today because it was not lack of heat, or an outright leak. No hot water on a Sunday? Kevin found the problem almost immediately and seems to have fixed it. If not, another part may be necessary, but I'm thinking it won't. Hot water is already flowing again. Eric the owner was very nice and polite on the phone and I would not hesitate to call again. A+ you have earned the name!

Talk about a company that keeps it real!! - I don't review and blog much unless it either really blows or it's absolutely amazing. I called A+ Plumbing and Heating to get a new hot water tank installed because my old tank expired and ran out of time in its life.A+ gave me an estimate on the phone and when I called them back with a cheaper quote from another company - they actually really beat the quote by 15% like their site said. They completed the installation in a quick manner, had all the supplies and the tank I needed in stock and just couldn't believe i actually found a plumber not out there to get me. 5 Stars for this HVAC Company. Ask for Erik or Scott. Those were my 2 guys; they were great!
