We had a clog in our sewer drain in Concord.  I called and the person said to meet someone there in an hour.  I was very pleased when Troy showed up in 1 hour to the minute.  He went through the procedure and what he was going to do.   I found him to be hardworking and professional, and the tools he used were the same.  He went through his findings with me when he was finished (about 1.5 hours total).  I give the service and results 5 stars, but the price 3 stars, hence 4 as a final review.  This may be comparable to others, so please don't take this as a negative, but just a bit surprising how much it cost.

Roto-Rooter came to our rescue not once, but twice in 4 days. They used video to locate and mark our clog and then sent in the big truck to it blast away! Our technician, Troy was awesome and knowledgeable. We didn't feel nickel and dimmed and they were upfront about costs, etc. We would totally use them again in a heart beat. Thank you!

We had a plumbing emergency and Troy showed up on a Friday night within 30 minutes.  He was friendly and fixed the blockage in the main line.   I really appreciated the prompt service after normal business hours!

Saturday morning I woke up to a clogged plumbing line (never a great way to start the weekend).  

Wondering who to call I went to Google and asked for plumbers in Manchester, NH.  Roto-Rooter was local, had great reviews, and was open on weekends.    

The call-in was quick and simple - a technician was en-route in only a couple of hours and the issue was resolved for a flat rate (which was quoted over the phone).  

Although I'm never thrilled with spending money on house repairs, the crew at Roto-Rooter was extremely helpful, respectful, and efficient.  I'd recommend them to anyone.

Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service folks. Diagnosis & repair were accurate, thorough and fast. Payment is super-easy and we've always been satisfied.
