I had 2 colonoscopies and a endoscopie in 2011 and 2012 by his associate Dr Gen (a geat Dr.) I started to have severe pain that lasted for weeks . I thought it was a stomach virus I was in Newburgh NY, I went to the ER my MD was away so I called Dr Gens office it being late I got his answering service. Dr Mak called back asap and talked to the ER DR given some prescriptions and sent home. I was visiting Newburgh. Two days go by no change back to ER it was again late called and the covering Dr was Klienbaum he never spoke to me, He told the answering service I am not a PT since I have not been there since 2012, Dr Gen told me to come back around 2015 for a follow up.I have already reported him to the state ......this Dr in my opinion is the worst of the worst,. Could it be since I am on medicaid?

Herman Kleinbaum is the best. He does not rush you, he sits and talks to you. I have had an Upper Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy from him. Everything turned out well. His staff up front at the Desk are like family. If you have a Gastro Intestinal problem, or just need a check-up ( an upper or lower scopy ) he is the man. I trust him with my life. His admitting hospital is right across the street. Hudson Valley Medical Center.
