My sister was once followed by Dr. Ubad and he was kind to her each time and listened to her needs. My sister had a severe stroke which left her paralyzed and having seizures. He was quite helpful in getting right dose of her meds. He also jumped through some hoops to get her Botox approved for her spasticity. We were grateful to him for his help. Sad when he left practice. Glad he is back.

First, the receptionist staff was absolutely amazing and it was very easy to make and schedule appointments. I saw Dr. Hanley. She was, by far, the best doctor I have ever been to. This is my best experience with any kind of doctor. She was thorough, and caring, and let me know everything I should know. Hands down, great experience!

We had a very negative experience with Dr. Ubaid. Dr. Ubaid told her she could not be seen because she had an unpaid balance. Giving an 82 year old NO info on how to just pay the bill & be seen. My Mother worked as at the Peekskill area Health Center for over THIRTY years. So we did not get the best impression of him

Who wants to see and waste their time and money seeing this so-called political activist neurologist whose focus is on anti-India, anti-Hindu activities instead of concentrating on his field of neurology? You should see a neurologist dedicated to his or her field and keeps up with current neurology research and knowledge. This man is obsessed with and consumed with hatred for the Indian Prime Minister, whom he has not even met. Why do you want to see such a hateful "neurologist"?

Dr Ubaid is a pretty thorough concerned Neurologist. I'm not thrilled with the course of treatment, but I guess it's unfamiliar territory, so I didn't know what to expect anyway. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the support staff. My college aged daughter is being treated for severe migraines. When her prescrition was not called in to Express Scripts by the office, she ran out and had to start her course of treatment all over again, causing her synptoms and severe migraines to return.. We thought this was a one time misunderstanding. When the dosage changed and she began to get low, we called in and left a message as instructed in the voicemail. AGAIN, they still did NOT call or fax the new prescrition in, especially since we knew she would be using twice the amount of the mediction. We called in a timely manner to get this done, and the voice mail explicitly states: "We will call you if there are any problems" So, one is to assume, no call, NO problem. A few days later, Express Scripts received nothing from the office. When we called AGAIN to inquire about this, they said, "You need to make your 3 month check up appointment before we call in a new prescription" We were just there less than a month ago. If they thought this would hold up the prescription, where was MY PHONE CALL telling me there was a problem??!! NO CALL NO PROBLEM, right? Are they un authorized to send in a 90 day supply? If so, EXPLAIN this to me!!! Long story short, we have been trying to fill this for almost a week, it takes 7 days for the meds to come in the mail, They have no samples, so we will have to start from scratch. I can only get monthly maintenance meds this way with through my insurance with a 90 day supply through the mail. I can't just walk in to CVS and get them, no coverage there. then they called me back and said OK, we called it in to CVS!!!!! Are you kidding me?? So, she will run out of her meds again, have terrible migraines, and have to get used to all of the side effects of this drug for thr THIRD time. Good job having a staff whose incompetancy is DIRECTLY AFFECTING MY DAUGHTER'S COURSE OF TREATMENT. I'm still waiting to speak driectly to the Doctor, as the staff is useless. Let's see if he calls me back at all. Time for a new Doctor. Any suggestions?
