On the few occasions we’ve seen Dr Lasser he’s been great. Very thorough. Takes time to answer questions. Obviously very compassionate about what he does. His office staff, on the other hand, is borderline incompetent. Expect to play phone tag for 2 weeks to make a routine appointment.. Don’t bother trying to make an appointment with the online patient portal because they’ll call you after hours on Saturday to cancel and make you wait until Monday before you can reach them. All around a huge hassle anytime we need the simplest of tasks performed.

We have been taking our daughter to doctor Lasser since she was born. We moved away and I make the 30 min drive to his office because of him. Being a first time mom I worry every time my daughter gets sick or it’s time to get shots but Doctor Lasser is very knowledgeable and through and takes time to explain and answer all the questions I have. He talks and it’s a living encyclopedia. He is friendly and good with my daughter. I couldn’t say enough good things about him and his staff. We got blessed with a good pediatrician.

He is not one of those doctors that the visit is over in 5minutes. He is very thorough. He addresses all my concerns. Dr. Lasser is very experienced, he has been doing this a long time. You can simply tell in the way he practices. He does not "pull your arm" as he says, steering you in directions you are not comfortable with. I am so happy with my decision of staying with him. I travel long distance to see him but it is well worth it!

I went to Dr. Lasser when I was a kid back in the 1980's. Wow good memories thinking of all the places I been to when I was a kid. Dr. Lasser is a wonderful doctor. If I'm ever in New York I'll be sure to drop by and visit.

Dr.Lasser is very thorough,which I really appreciate , he is very easy to talk to , you can express any , and all concerns and if he doesn't have the answer he will find the answer , my children always express how much they love talking to him when we leave
