Dr. Delvecchio and his staff are fantastic. I have had a few extractions done there and he is an excellent surgeon and his bedside manner is so warm and comforting. I have never had a problem with pain control after my extractions the medicine he prescribed works great. I brought my 17 year old daughter there to have 4 wisdom teeth removed, there was a lot of swelling which is normal but other than that she had no bad reactions. The medicine controlled her pain and she was able to go away to school upstate 3 days later. I have recommended to multiple family members and they all agreed that he is excellent.

This was the worst experience of my son's life. The doctor pulled four wisdom teeth at once and then sent us on our way home, which was 45 minutes away, without pain killers. My son almost jumped out of the car from the pain that he was in. I understand that they can't distribute pain killers, but they knew where we lived and should have had me get the meds before we left. The second huge mistake was that they must give the same painkiller dose to everybody. My son is 6'2" and the pain meds that they prescribed did absolutely nothing. When I called to question it, they told me to triple it. It was a horrific experience and I do not recommend using this doctor.

Dr. Del Vecchio and his talented, caring staff are wonderful. I came to his office to remove my four impacted wisdom. From scheduling my appointment with his personable receptionists to the actual procedure (under general anesthesia), I had a positive experience. Afterwards, I was in a lot of pain with a throbbing headache and I came in for a follow up. He treated my dry socket and the pain went away. I would recommend him to friends and acquaintances.

The staff at Cortlandt manor dental always exceeds my expectations. Dr. Del Vecchio is a wonderful Oral Surgeon, I would highly recommend it.
