Im a corporate worker who was told i need so many things( 2 forms of id, letter of employment because i was forced to use a company to even rent a car? ) and was still denied because of my card because it was temporary, was not helped by some slob without a name tag , looks like a mechanic not someone who handles money or anything like that , i let my company know and friends no point to even rent from a place like that ever.

Awesome service!! First time ever I took a car with no delays! Getting it was so quick and returning was way more quicker!! I was told to just drop the key and leave :) got under age fee waived from AAA

Some shannangans about a tool fair key thing which cost me as well as me having to pay - not so good which surprised me feel a company like Hertz
