Could not say more negative things.
1. They did not walk us to the car. Gave us the keys to the wrong car and came running up after we had packed up, adjusted the seat and mirrors, and figured out how to connect my phone. They made us switch cars to the exact same model.
2. Display showed 2% oil life. I pointed it out to the guy and he said it would be fine, despite a week and a half rental and unlimited mileage. As I was driving it went down to 1% while I was no longer in the state. A different budget office had to bring us a car to exchange.
3. General vibe and feeling of annoyance from the employees, like I was doing them a favor. A very palpable unfriendliness.
4. Did not do a walk around with me to check for damage. Every other company I have used does that.
5. The Budget employee was across the street at Avis (there was a sign on the door saying go to Avis). When I walk into Avis, I was greeted by something like "what do you want?". 

Bottom line: Rent from another location or company.

This was Thanksgiving 2017 and I left a review in other places but missed over here. Seems like they haven't changed as of a month ago.

Very helpful and friendly! I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a good morning!! I was in and out quick !! Very nice each time I rented ❤️

I stepped into the door of this business thinking just to return the car, little did I expect to get pelted down by a torrent of verbal abuse and assault from the "owner" Scott.  From previous posts it doesn't seem this is the first time he treated customers unprofessionally.  Don't make yourself the next one!  I've been going to Enterprise on the next block since then, he doesn't deserve any business from me!

I took rental car couple of days before, my experience was quite good but unfortunately the day when I returned the car I forgot to get back one of my expensive sunglass from the car.exactly After 2 hours i  went there to get the stuff and explained them about the incident. Unfortunately the car was already given to some other customer and after 2-3 days the was supposed to return. When I tried to know the status after some days, the response was so rude n replied we can't help you....   This was the service...beware of your belongings before you return the car. They didn't even try to contact the person once who took the car on rent.
