Below is an email that I sent to the branch manager. This is not my first run in with Enterprise and they never fail to disappoint. Hello Ms. Allegro, I am emailing you as I am sitting in the Enterprise at TF Greene airport due to irresponsibility if one of your employees. This afternoon I arrived at your branch to pick up a 7 passenger vehicle. I arrived right in the time I had specified to pick up the rental, which was 12pm. Your employee has made me aware that they did not have a 7 passenger vehicle available, although I had a reservation. He was content in letting me leave the location without a rental until I had asked to see if other locations had any available. He said they were closed. I suggested the airport. He then called the airport and assured they had cars available, which they did. I am making the assumption that the gentleman that continued to help me from this point forward is a supervisor as he is the one who assured me that he would be able to make price adjustments due to the inconvenience. At this point the promised price was around $350, which is $50 less than the original price. Although I don't believe this was sufficient for the inconvenience, I accepted it. I asked if this was including all taxes, including airport taxes that I knew I would now incur, he said yes. Arriving to the airport now, I am told that the once $400 rental will now be $453. At this point I am left without a rental, because I refuse to accept this horrible customer service from your branch. I would like to inform you that I have contact the area manager and am waiting to hear back. I believe you will not see this email until Monday morning at the earliest, but please be aware that I will be looking into this matter further. At this point, almost two hours after my schedules reservation I should be paying pennies for the service that enterprise offers to customers. I may add that your employees must be getting paid by the minute, because as the clock just turned 12pm they we're ready to lock another customer (not myself) out of the branch. It was not until another customer they were attending to voiced "she's with me" that they unlocked the door. Completely unprofessional and at first judgement was an immediate example of the service I was going to receive.

The car we were given was a fairly new Kia Sorento with just over 30,000 miles on it. Overall performance was good. The car was comfortable and handled reasonably well. However, the car reeked of cigarette smoke despite the fact that the rental contract clearly states that smoking in the vehicle is not allowed.

Vehicle was excellent and they mare sure I had everything I needed. I will not hesitate to go back

Erica is amazing. She assisted me in picking out the right vehicle for my trip and made the overall experience wonderful. I highly recommend Erica and Enterprise without reservation or hesitation.
