Frustrating :-( 

I would rate them negative if such a scale is available.

I rented a car from this location for my behind wheel test with DMV Thousand Oaks. At the time of test, the examiner found that the vehicle provided to me had its vehicle  registration expired a month ago (I have a copy of that expired registration certificate with me). I am forced to reschedule my test now, resulting in waste of time and money for me. Could not believe that such a thing can happen with an international car rental company. 

The local Hertz office ended up charging me in spite of me asking for a waiver on account of deficiency in service provided by Hertz. 

This is the third consecutive time I am having a major issue with Hertz either in terms of services provided at counter (they did not have internet connectivity for over a fortnight), condition of car or papers related to car.

I needed to rent a car for a vacation so I went online and searched the numerous car rental company's.I found that Hertz was the best site and their prices were good.I reserved the type of car I needed and entered the needed info.I requested a ride to their shop and they arrived on time and the guy who took me there was very nice and friendly. When I got there they did not have my car,but they did have two beautiful new luxury cars,an infinity G37 sedan and a Cadillac ct5.They gave me my choice of those two cars for only $15 extra a day.So for $42 a day I was driving a brand new red infinity for my vacation to Monterrey. That car rents for more then $100 a day,Thank you Hertz for making my trip with my family very enjoyable!!

First the maps led me to some apartment/ condo complex, then after I called them I found out that they are inside Amgen and only Amgen employees are allowed in to their facility. This was overall very frustrating.
