Very nice customer service. They go above and beyond. I rent a car from this location for over 10 years. I have never had a problem renting a car. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer but they do their best. Locally this is my favorite rent-a-car place. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting experience!!!

These people are thieves and liars who employ mafia-like tactics. What a horrific experience! My credit card was overcharged by $400! I have reported the fraudulent charges to the police and am awaiting further legal action to be initiated shortly. Please be forewarned. They are rude, dishonest and disorganized. Moreover, they are unconscionable thieves. Run the other way, as fast as you can! Horrible, horrible people.

Extremely friendly and courteous service. Obtained an exceptionally low rental rate using my AAA membership! Alan had me in and out of there in no time...and they take photos of the car before you leave the lot to ensure any preexisting damage is documented. All in all a very good experience.

Horrible customer service. I would never recommend or use Hertz again. Tried using them one time and had no luck in receiving a rental that we placed a reservation for 1 month in advance. We went right over to Enterprise after we left Hertz and they had us in a car in less than 30mins. We highly recommend using Enterprise. Enterprise had fast and wonderful customer service.

Nice and friendly staffs. The associate helped me out pretty well. Personally checked the car thoroughly before I took it.
