I reserved a car, but when I showed up, the staff said they didn’t have any cars. They said there were cars on the lot, but they were for other people. This is an unfair business practice

Great service!  Great car!  Took awhile to check back in, but that was because another customer was at the counter being helped.  There is only one person working at this site, so that is understandable.  I lost the card of the guy who helped me, but I think his name was Durban.  He was great and helped me with the price of an upgrade to go from a Nissan Versa to a Toyota Camry.  The car was new, clean, well equipped, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive.  It was a 2017 and even had adaptive cruise control.  Very good experience and I will definitely use this Hertz again if I need to rent in Nashville.  I would recommend going with the Corolla class or higher.

Found that the car I had rented in one city had no windshield fluid.  Took car to the local Hertz in the city I was visiting. They made arrangements to have all the fluids checked​ so that I could safely continue my trip. Hurray for the Hertz agency at Rivergate in Nashville.

All in all my experience was very good form Kyle the agent who took care of me and giving me a roomier car than I expected to Tim making my drop off fast and efficient. The only negative thing I have to say is I had to keep my car one more day due to all the road construction and getting back later than expected and was charged almost triple the daily rate due to it not being a "weekend" day. No bad vibes on the Agents but corporate really sucks to rake people over the coals for just one day....but like I stated I was very pleased all in all.

My husband and I were so excited to go on our FIRST trip without kids or grandkids but we hit a major snag trying to use a different big name rental place. We thought our trip was going to have to be cancelled but Tahji Peebles was our saving grace. Once at Hertz our luck just kept running low but Tahji was determined to help us out. He did everything above and beyond his job to ensure that we got into a really nice car and on the road. I would recommend this location to EVERYONE looking to rent a car. We will DEFINATLY use THIS Hertz again!!!!
