Every person, whether they were dealing with me or another client, each employee had a smile on thier face regardless of the situation. Working with the public is very difficult. I did it in retail and restaurants for years and in my opinion the guy who helped me needs a BIG raise and everyone employed there deserves some kind of reward. Never seen impatient employees and that is a rare thing in any business!  Thanks for everything!

They had are mini van ready to go. Very helpful. Even called a week ahead to confirm our reservation. Would highly recommend Enterprise in Hendersonville.

They have the best rates and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because when I reserved a rental online and I went in the next morning they didn't have an economy sized vehicle. Instead I ended up getting what they which was a van and I paid double what I would have paid because it was all that they had and I really needed to get to work. Overall great service and friendly staff.

The enterprise folks were excellent but we were involved in a fender bender that was not our fault and the people representing Enterprise liability insurance harassed us.  Enterprise didn't have to pay anything because the other driver admitted fault and the police report said it was the other driver's fault, but they kept harassing us.  It was not fun.
