Horrible experience with Enterprise. I will never rent from them again. I reserved a compact but they gave me an SUV instead and when I questioned this I was told that they were out of compacts but because I was a club member that I had a free upgrade and would pay the same price as a compact. When I returned the vehicle I was charged full price and when I requested to speak with the manager I was given the runaround for two weeks. Now I have to fight with them over the charges through my credit card company. This has been a nightmare and I will never use them again. Maybe these problems only exist at the Salem NH branch but I’m not taking any chances.

Have used a handful of times over the past few years.  Always been very good.  They have a great business model which seems to keep their personnel happy and motivated.

Walked in after a snowstorm and needed a car for the weekend; as I was staying with my elderly Dad and Stuart was great and understanding

I regularly rent cars from Enterprise in Salem for work and it's always an exceptional experience. Clean cars and friendly service. They couldn't make renting a car any easier.

The car was fine, no problems at all.  However, my issue is with the customer service at that location where the vehicle was returned - Enterprise Lowell, MA.  I left a pair of prescription glasses in the console and a parking permit for my office on the dashboard.  I spoke with Eric on Monday who said he would try to locate the items and call me back.  I never received a call and called back on Wednesday to speak with him again.  Got the same story and another empty promise for a call back.   I don't think he even took my phone number when I gave it to him because when I asked him what number he was going to call me back at he had no response, so I had to give it to him a second time.   I still have not heard from Eric.
