I wanted to exchange a car that I previously got from another Hertz location and the woman who answered the phone said they had plenty. When I got to the location they gave me a rental on E (low fuel) not knowing my way around trying to find a gas station hoping I didn’t run out. I was with a child and praying it didn’t cut off on me. The car stunk and was dirty in the inside. Two days later had to bring this car back as it kept cutting off on me saying the key was not detected when it was in the cup holder. Also the car was cutting off on me at a red light and not starting for the key not detected. Switched out for another car this one was ok. Since I have moved to this area I never used Hertz always Avis/Enterprise and to say this wasn’t the best experience.

Super easy and affordable. The person who picked me up was very nice and helpful. The car was clean and ran well. I liked the convenience of returning the car after hours. I gave 4/5 stars because I only got 1/2 a tank of gas to start (even though my paperwork said it was full), and it was confusing to return after hours (there weren't instructions anywhere and no one gave me instructions when I picked up the car - I just had to go inside the train station to leave the key - easy once I knew where to go). Otherwise it was a very positive experience, and I'd use them again.

Waited for an hour and a half to come pick me up. They never showed and after I talked to them to setup the pickup every Time I tried to call them back there phone went to voicemail and said it was full.

Very effiecent, extremely helpful staff. Handled a tough rental situation very well. Could not have had better service, car was brand new and is very nice.
