They had the car that I requested, but the car had a food stain in the steering wheel and stains in the seats. Didn't look to have been detailed. The staff was very nice to me and professional. They even picked me up from where my car was being repaired which was greatly appreciated.

They gave me a car with a flat tire and then would not help fix it without trying to charge me extra. I paid for the extra insurance as well and they still wanted to try and gouge me for more money. I would never recommend this Hertz specifically and really any Hertz based on the customer service experience I have had here.

Don’t normally review, but I was just treated very rudely on the phone with this location. Apparently the apologetic and confused customer is just a rage trigger for this particular employee. I started the phone conversation with an apology for not checking my receipt earlier (less than two days after dropping off the car and receiving the final bill), but I was finally catching my breath after a vacation and realized I didn’t understand something on the bill so I called today for clarification. Full disclosure: I fully agree I should have checked my bill more thoroughly on pick up day and drop off day, and that behavior is not the norm for me but never the less it happened. When I called for clarification and to inquire if I had any opportunities for a refund I was called a liar and told it was not their problem I didn’t understand my bill. This employee claimed they make sure every customer fully understands the difference between the two types of insurance (obviously I’m evidence against that claim). The employee then went on to state it can’t be their problem when a customer purchases insurance and wants a refund after their trip when they didn’t use it and that people like me try to do that all the time. Ok, lady, obviously I know I can’t do that. On pick up day, the employee offered no clarification of the differences between their insurance and the third party insurance I’d already purchased (hint: they’re the same and I didn’t need both). I even mentioned on pick up day that I had purchased the third party insurance already and the employee still added the Hertz LDW insurance to my bill. The employee who helped me on pickup day and drop off day was very professional and friendly and I honestly don’t think she did anything to intentionally gouge me, it is just unfortunate I didn’t take a closer look at the get go and was never offered a clear explanation when she signed me up for the additional (read: unnecessary) Hertz LDW coverage. It's also unfortunate that even though I was apologetic and understanding of my fault in the situation, I was not met with equal treatment from a customer service specilist. Poor training and coaching at this location to be sure. TL;DR – make sure you check your bill, seems obvious enough, but dealing with issues after the rental with this office is unpleasant. Better to get it right the first time.
