We reserved our car through Expedia. The process was seamless as we picked up and dropped off the car. My only issue is that Enterprise places $150 hold plus the cost of the rental on your credit card.

The on-line booking was easy to use.  When I arrived to pick up the mid-size SUV I ordered, the staff was helpful and courteous.  They could not  give me what I ordered, but supplied a van at not additional cost, which worked just fine for my needs.
