I tried to reserve a car online. A pop up told me to provide my email and get a coupon for up to 30% off. I did so. I received an email. I followed the link. The website now says "Discount Applied", but the prices were exactly the same. Not a penny different.
Scumbag fake coupon giving jerks. Not trustworthy.

Booked a rental car 1 week in advance. Came in to get a car and was only offered a  pick up truck or 20 person church/passenger van. No thanks

Christopher was extremely helpful, and incredible to work with. After working with Christopher, I plan to be a regular Budget customer when I need to rent a car.

reserved a Chrysler town and country online for a family vacation and when I got to pick it up they didn't have the correct vehicle. I received a dodge caravan sport which was way more compact than a town and country. when I got there, the guy at the counter was not apologetic about it and said that we were not allowed to exchange it at another location and he said I rented it so I got whatever they had. It was uncomfortable and not what I reserved to rent. Then when I returned it, the lady at the front counter seemed too busy on her phone to even pay attention to checking our car back in. She was VERY rude to my dad. All in all it was a very unfriendly experience and I would reccomend going to Enterprise if you want to rent a car. They give you what you order or if they don't have it they make it worth your while. This place SUCKS.

The worst employee ever . This place used to be good before . I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star because of two different experience that I faced. 

The previous employees was really god “ rob “ .
