Enterprise offers very good customer service, but this time this office, especially Natalie gets 5 stars. The car I've rented had a mechanical problem, Enterprise exchanged it for an upgraded model, which resulted in additional $80 in fuel cost. Upon returning the car, Natalie not only offered and upgrade coupon towards my next rental but she also deducted the $80 off my bill. AWESOME!!

I booked my rental online.  They let book it to pick up at 6pm. But when they called me to confirm they informed me that no one would be there at that time because that was the time they close. So I left work early to get the car only to find out  you can't leave your car here.  I didn't know that and then ended up having to get the rental and leave it there then go home and wait until my husband could drop me off to pick up my car.  Added an extra hour of driving to my day which sucked.  Actual pick up and drop off was fine.  The vehicle was in good condition.

Beware upgrade scam!

I went to their website and checked out prices on renting a car. I was not signed in to their site.

Then I remembered that when I rented from them in late December, they emailed me a coupon for a free upgrade to a Standard level car.

I followed that link, which opened a new tab. I picked the same dates as before. This time the results screen said "Promotion Applied". However, the prices were exactly the same!

The charge for a Standard car is the same with and without the upgrade. Therefore the upgrade does not exist and is a lie. I even followed the process all the way to where it wanted me to enter payment information, thinking that the discount might apply further down in the process. It did not.

I e-mailed back the department that sent me the coupon only to receive a reply that they do not accept emails.

This company is dishonest.

I was put in a rental because I was rear ended. The rental reservation was for an intermediate car. When I got there, they gave me a choice of a ford fiesta, and a nissan versa, or hyundai accent. I told him that this is a very small car! All COMPACT cars. I didn't realize at the time the classification when i picked up so called them back after i got to work (had to take 2 hours off work for this whole situation), and advised they put me in the wrong rental and magically "one just came in on the lot". Since this was their mistake, I asked if they could bring me the car to switch out, but they said they don't have the manpower to do that. THIS COMPANY DOES  NOT PICK YOU UP. And does not own up to their mistakes! LAST TIME RENTING HERE

***Update - when I returned my rental the guy asks how the customer service was... I was over it, so gave him the cliff notes, and he gave me 2 free upgrade tickets. So I will update my review to 2 stars. The point is, if you don't have a rental available, be upfront and honest. And dont DOWNGRADE me...
