There was a mail-in-rebate sitting on top of items that did not qualify for the rebate. I only found this out because I asked them to make sure that they did. Also, when I returned an item that I did not want because I found a better product elsewhere, I did not receive a full refund. Keep in mind that I returned yhe item the next day and never had the item in my possession. Once again, I had to inform them of the mistake. They argued that I was wrong until I showed them on my phone's calculator that I was right. They said I would receive the rest of my refund when the rest of my purchase was delivered two weeks from then. When I protested the three associates and the manager just looked at me like I was crazy. I left the store feeling like I was robbed and lied to. Perception is reality and this store does not seem to mind you feeling that way because not one of the people I talked to seemed concerned with trying to make the situation right. No offer to do anything at all. Worst buying experience I have ever had.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Great pricing and the finace program rocks.  Several options programs available for even the most financially challenged .  The email offers and special  deals programs make it an even  better experience....

I went in to look for a TV advertised in the weekly flyer.  They didn't have it or even looked like they ever had it.  When I asked a sales person about it he kind of rudely brushed me off like those flyers were meaningless.  I asked the person at the checkout counter if they had a copy of the current flyer, because I was going to talk to the manager about it.  After 10 minutes I was told they don't have any flyers.   That was a weird experience and I don't think I will ever go back.

I've been a long time hhgregg customer, and I hate to say that I will no longer be one.  We recently bought appliances, so the day before delivery I call to make sure we're good to go but they didn't have my order.   Unacceptable.. they couldn't get it to me until 5 days later.  So let's just be honest Hhgregg... you didn't put my order in.  Noone took responsibility and said they would credit my account for our microwave which they haven't yet... tried to contact corporate with no response.  Both the Operations Manager & General Manager of the Fairview Heights store did not step up to correct this mistake.  
So not only were my appliances 5 days late... delivery on a weekday so I couldn't go to work... we lost the sale of our old appliances... thanks for costing us way more than the "credited" microwave.
