special ordered an oven and waited 6 weeks just for them to deliver without the cord. The delivery people said we didn't order one, but we did and is on our bill. Called store, they verified we should of got one. Told me I could come to store and get one, but they were out of stock and told me to go to Home Depot to get one....this was store manager that told me this.

Want to share about the experience I had the Piqua Ohio store. We bought a $2500 refrigerator, when loading the loader put a huge dent and scratch all the way down the side to which the manager said he could take $100 off. When we went back to pick up the range we decided to get a dishwasher that was on the floor with the new dishwashers maked as close out. As we were getting ready to load the dishwasher I learned through observation that it was actually a used dishwasher. When I confronted the manager and salesperson I was told "well the computer doesn't have a way for us to mark it used" by the store manager. I thought you should know as the practice of representing and selling something as new that is actually used is illegal in the state of Ohio. I did send my father in law back into the store a few days later. The same item was on the floor and when he spoke to the salesperson he was also told it was just last years model. Again, this practice is illegal.

Less pushy and a little cheaper than Best Buy. I'd say go online, but if you have to buy in store and you're in Piqua, check this place out.
