Normally I would avoid this place but during a quick stroll one day I was approached by Boswell. He mad my experience with H.H.Gregg fantastic. Would highly recommend working with him. He knows the products very well and that's a plus in my book.

Our organization made purchases yet they re -sold our purchases after we bought and paid for the items! How about that! Then we got the runaround as they actually sold our stuff, then informed us that they cannot reorder our stuff as the items were discontinued!! WOW!! The BBB WILL BE INFORMED!! Do Not Shop Here!!

I do not think I have ever had a worse shopping experience in my life. My mom and I went in to buy 2- 12 foot HDMI cables. They had a rack for $40 and another rack for $20 (because I am not techy I went for the cheaper). When we went to check out they rang up $40. We questioned the cashier and she went to confirm what we were saying. Her manager returned (Richard Ladd) who proceeded to forcefully state this was a different tag and they were $40. When my mom expressed we didn't examine the tag (because it was not hanging in the right spot) Richard exclaimed "MA'AM it is $40." He then proceeded to call us rude. Oh If you value being treated as a person and don't enjoy getting yelled at while shopping avoid HHGreg at all costs.
