Great selection, a little pushy at times know what you want before walking in the door.  Update: 1 years later we purchased a Living room set and a washer and dryer set at the same time $5k in merchandise purchased.  They doubled charged us on our card and could not get the delivery times correct at all.

We spent over $1K on a dining room table and sectional couch. We got our table on time but only got half of the sectional on time. The other half was waiting on the warehouse. 2 weeks later we get the other half from a delivery guy that left pushy voicemails stating to call him back. Luckily my girl was home to receive the delivery. I start setting up one part of the sectional just to find out the fabric on the couch was coming off plus one of the nuts for the leg was stripped. Called the store and they said they would replace but we had to wait another 3 weeks for the couch. Long story short, paid for a sectional but was only able to use over a month later. Beware.

Ordered a TV and Blueray player online for in store pickup.  TV was supposed to be ready for pickup in 3 days and the Blueray player the same day.  Took 3 weeks to get my TV and ended up with a different one.  The store kept telling me they can't help me with online orders and honestly I think they could care less that hhgregg had $500 of my dollars and I had nothing in return.  The Blueray player I never did get,  they just kept telling me in the store I need to email the online sales people.  The online sales people wouldn't return my emails...  I ended up having PayPal refund me my money and go after hhgregg.  These people are a joke, spend your money elsewhere even if it means paying a couple extra dollars.
