Sold a floor model as a new machine and I only found out because it didn't work.  Delivery men caused damaged to my home and HHGREGG  will not respond to fix damage. Sent repeated emails and all they say is that it was a contractor and not their problem. Terrible Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.
Salesmen sneak extended warranties into purchase. Nearly impossible to get clear explanation of warranty being refunded back to my credit card. Delivery did not include refrigerator, store failed to notify me it is on back order as a result my card has still not been credited back for the unwanted extended warranty

The salesman was very nice. The Black Friday sale was AMAZING, but it took us about 75 minutes just to buy this 4pc package...

Price marked on a fridge for 40% off, manager yelled at us and said he made a mistake ripping up the tag, my family left after this as well as many others just entering, fake advertisement im pretty sure is illegal and this manager was a real jerk, didn't tell us his name but he walls heavy set average high older and bald head, ( can be found yelling at customers for wanting to buy stuff)

The buying experience  isnt bad but their warranty  program  is a joke. My tv went out it was still under warranty  after 2 weeks  of tecs coming to my home it was determined  the my tv was not worth repairing not a big deal untill they told me that it would take 3 to 5 business  days  to get a replacement. So now i have to go  another  week before i get my tv. I will get this tv from hh gregg but i will never make another purchase  from this store best buy  will have my purchases from now on regardless of price from now on.
