Years ago Best Buy was decidedly lacking in customer service but they have now undergone a complete turnaround!  There are always plenty of knowledgeable associates around and they're actually willing to help.  Best Buy will also price match Amazon & the other big box stores so you don't have to run all over town.  I used to avoid shopping there, but now it's a pleasant experience and is my go-to store for electronics & appliances.

This Best Buy is always nice to go to. It's huge and really allows you to explore for a while. It's not hard to find things, and there are plenty of employees in each area to help you. Returning and picking up items are super simple and finding the best deals are at the top of each employee's list when you ask them questions! I definitely suggest going here for any technological needs.

When you walk in best buy you are greeted with a smile and a very knowledgeable employees who can tell. You anything your heart desires to know.  I was very impressed with the cell phone department they took time to make sure I was getting what I needed an the best price also. Thanks @best buy y'all have great staff

Seems larger than a normal Best Buy along with a newer layout. Staff is friendly and helpful and enough are around to man the checkout line for a quick and easy purchase. Good selection of items with plenty in-stock for purchase.

Love the new look inside. Stopped in to buy a new stove and dishwasher. Samsung rep was quick and knowledgeable. I already knew what I wanted but had a few questions which were handled quickly. Got everything ordered and was in and out fast.
