I walked in and was greeted right away. Grace helped me and was the best at helping me pick stuff out. Love the service I got !!! I will go back to see them.

My mom has gone in to the store several times to get things and said the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They even remember who she is. They have beautiful stuff!

I had a horrible experience in this store.  I went by before my 11:30 movie at Paragon (today 9/25/15) and asked them to hold a ring for me.  When I returned to purchase the ring, they had lost it.  They were very apologetic, but while waiting in the store for them to look for my ring, I noticed that other customers were receiving much better service than I did.  I also noticed that other customers were given coupons for their next visit.  My companion and I spent almost $100 in the store, and we were not offered a coupon or asked to come to their new location.  I was also not informed of their rewards program; I observed several other customers being informed of their program when checking out.  I also observed other customers being offered boxes and gift wrap.  Several minutes later, my ring was located (after we had left the store).  I did purchase it after a sales person searched for me in the shopping center and let me know that they had finally found the ring.  The sales person offered me her discount for the inconvenience and it was not given to me when I paid for the ring.  When I returned to the store, I again observed other customers getting much better service than I did.  I will not return to this store again, I don't feel comfortable in an establishment that treats certain customers better than others.  I guess I don't fit their target demographic.  My money will be better spent elsewhere.  I hope that future customers receive better treatment.
