I love New York and Company, but honestly, this has to be the worse store I have ever been in. Really small, they never have what is advertised in their ad(I get multiple emails from them for new things and sales) and never have fully stocked jeans(the ones on the wall). What kind of BS is this? I get the ad for something really cool like a nice shirt for a certain price that is marked "new", yet I go in an hour later after the ad was sent to be told we don't have that or we haven't seen those. I mean like WTF! You are better off going to the Chesapeake Square location, way way bigger store and always fully stocked and ready for the ads and sales. Never again will I drive out the Newport News for this store again.

Plenty of sales posted all over the store. Nice personnel. Sometimes there may be a long line and a wait like at other new York and company stores.
