Purchased my VERY FIRST vehicle here and had a phenomenal experience. Unlike Fitzgerald located on Baughmans Lane, Hi Lo treated me with respect and made me feel like family. Although EVERYONE in the sales dept was amazing, Jesse Snow was the GREATEST. He worked very hard to make my first vehicle purchase a super smooth one & made sure I was comfortable with my monthly payments, which I'm super grateful for. He was helpful in every way possible. His customer service definitely shined past the stars and is one of the reasons I will purchase my next vehicle here.

I do not have a lot of established credit but Hi Lo worked with me and gave me a chance and did not treat me any different. Because Hi Lo gave me a chance, I got to drive away in a Mercedes Benz R350 within 2 days (could've been 1 day). Because Hi Lo gave me a chance, I got to see 4 little smiling faces when my babies seen our new car.

I’d have to say that Hi Lo Auto in The Golden Mile in Frederick has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car lot. I came here basically just to look at and price some vehicles. However, after the excellent service I received from Mike I ended up driving off the lot with a new car. Instead of bombarding me as soon as I got out of my vehicle to look around he gave me a few mins. I explained to him my situation n what I was looking for and he pointed out a few vehicles that fit that description and let me test drive each one. Throughout the entire experience there he was very respectful, funny and not overbearing like some salesmen. I couldn’t be happier with my new car. Thank you Mike and also Craig in financing.

Our salesperson was Mike, who was very pleasant to work with. He was polite, professional, did not put pressure on us, and was flexible when we expressed interest in a different car than we initially came in to look at. Mike answered all of our questions and was helpful on the test drive. Lastly, he was able to work with us on our budget. Highly recommend Hi Lo and Mike!

Sales people are very helpful and the personal service is good. However, I have found that my vehicle is badly in need of alignment, as the ride home is very shaky. Not happy about that. I had detected that in the test drive, but should have been more forceful about it.

But that being said, I will recommend this place to others. I am giving it 4 stars only because of the alignment issue. Otherwise, I'd give the place 5 stars.

I recently went to Hi Lo hoping there would be something they could do to put me in an SUV, because with the current state of my credit, it seemed like it would be impossible. Jesse Snow worked for hours weighing different options, and found me an SUV that I absolutely love. He is a good guy, and I'll definitely be working with him in the future, because he doesn't give up and he won't let you give up either.
