I wouldn’t even give 1 Star!!!! Be careful. My sister purchased a car “ cash buyer and has yet to drive it off the lot 2 weeks later!!!!” She is getting the run around, no direct answers and rude customer service. The girl is a single mother who has worked hard to come up with the money!!! Should there not be resolutions soon can anyone suggest what we should do next? 
She just wants either her car or her cash back. Answers would be greatly appreciated!!!! Please😢

Have purchased two vehicles here myself, and helped family members buy their vehicles as well. Everything was easy, and the sales people were upfront in every way possible. My dad's used truck was the same price as promised; my mom's new Mazda had excellent discounts on it--and she got an additional discount because my Mazda is registered at the same address!!!!!! And when I bought my second Mazda I qualified for an additional "Owner Loyalty" rebate and trade in bonus from Mazda. 

Over all, VERY pleased with the customer service in sales ans the service/parts departments. Thanks, Fitz!

Not pleased at all. If you decide to use them go with Seth. He’s awesome and treats his clients great other than that their customer service is way off and I’ve given them 2 chances.
1. I was going to have work done there on my Cadillac and asked for a loaner car. That particular worker got smart to me and told me a loaner car wasn’t an option because I didn’t buy my vehicle  there??? Confused because apparently if you have a certain amount of work done there or purchased your vehicle from there a loaner car is an option. I asked if a rental car was an option and to my surprise it was but I wasn’t offered one. Instead of getting smart that should have been offered. 
2. Took my vehicle in for issues again and was estimated 4K work needed done on it. I was to the point I was going to trade it in and get something else. They had my vehicle all day and by the end of the day was supposed to have a trade in value for me. I was told I would be called in an half hr and never heard from them again. Needless to say I traded in my vehicle at Millers Jeep and Chrysler in Martinsburg and bought something brand new.

Possibly the easiest car buying experience I've had. Great price, fair trade in allowance. Salesman and finance managers were both great.

They are okay.  Great cars....customer service could be worked on.  I can buy a used car from them with 100 percent faith.
