When I saw my dream car for a good deal I knew I had to get it soon. There, Lisa H. helped me with everything. I was able to test drive the vehicle and did my own personal inspection. Everything checked out beautifully and I decided to go ahead and purchase it! Lisa was very professional, knowledgeable and was not a pushy sales person you'd encounter at most car dealerships. She was moving quickly but very thorough with the details. Her kind personality also made the process a lot more enjoyable.

Just purchased a car from Krietz. Weston was a great salesman and saw us through from beginning to end.  The process took less than 3 hours and we couldn’t be happier. We were very pleased with the entire buying and selling experience and we love our new vehicle.

I left straight from work and drove 4 hours from Virginia to purchase a Tahoe from Krietz Auto. Due to delays, I didn’t get there until 30 minutes before they closed. They stayed until 8:30 to get me finished up. The finance manager had my preapproval all lined up, the truck was freshly washed and out front minutes after me getting there. Wes was super knowledgeable and not pushy like a lot of sales people out there. Definitely a 5 star buying experience. (I manage a dealership service department and could never imagine purchasing from another dealer than where I work, but Krietz had the EXACT vehicle I wanted, and I do not regret my decision whatsoever. And I have very high expectations!)

If you find a great car/pickup and are from out of state, I wouldn't hold your breath on purchasing the vehicle.  I talked to Lisa in sales and sent her the required documents that she had requested and was waiting for numbers to take to my bank.  I would have had the money wired from my bank and the sale would have been completed.  Lisa didn't seem to care and never did get me the out the door price.  I just received an e-mail from Lisa (I assumed the final numbers) that the vehicle was sold this morning.  Krietz Auto shouldn't advertise on Autotrader if they don't intend to treat out of state buyers the same as someone that walks into their dealership.

We just bought a car from Krietz Auto  and were delighted to work with Lisa H. This was without question one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a car.  Not only did Lisa provide excellent, professional, and knowledgeable service, but she and her team made the transaction fun and enjoyable.  Krietz prices proved to be not just competitive but the best by far over all similar vehicles.  It is no wonder that customers come to this dealership from near and far.  We will definitely be repeat customers with Lisa and Krietz.
