Reasonable rates, close to the city, but wooded and secluded. Quiet place with mostly full-timers. I have been here for a year and I really like it. Access to the Econlockhatchee River, good bass fishing! 12 wooded acres. Dog friendly. Very close to shopping and about 30 minutes to the coast. Pay your rent on time and be nice to your neighbors and you will have no problems here.

Our initial problem was a broken verbal agreement about the rent. Then we were told to pay $150 weekly and that included use of the community bath house. Our camper is very small so their showers are much more comfortable. Today the drunken owner accused us of having a non working toilet and although I invited him several times to inspect it, he declined and told us to move tomorrow. There has been no previous incident so I'm very confused. I called the police and they said he has to evict me. Horrible customer service
