Highly disappointed.  We rented a pavilion for 2 hours for $60 . Got there and there was garbage and food on the ground but worst there was about 12 full garbage bags piled up on the edge of the pavilion filled with stinking garbage. Trashcans at the pavilion were either full or did not have a trash bag in it. There was vomit in 3 places around the outside of the pavilion. There was no park ranger to be found. Sad that they booked us in this pavilion and then left it in this shape for when we were there. Our party was 11 am so this was all from the previous day.

It is a nice place for kids, families, or just yourself. Has plenty of pavilions and a little beach. Every time I go I try to pick up all the fishing hooks that have washed ashore. There can be an abunace of trash in the lakes at times. But other than that, it is a great place for parties and picnics. Has a beautiful trail that is wonderful for nature hikes. Also has an adjacent camping sites.

Beautiful place with good infrastructure to throw a barbecue. Bring your family and friends,  there's fun for everyone. The water in the lake is warm and the sand is soft. I recommend having a barbecue a bit away from the lake shores and it gets pretty windy there. There's also a park with slides, etc for the little kids.

Very nice and clean park. Has a playground for the kids and open grass to play in. Also a very nice iew of a lake.

The best aspect of this park is the amount of great shade and the perpetual cool breeze coming off the lake. It is like the perfect air conditioning on the hottest of Florida summer days.
The park also has a wonderful sandy swimming area, fishing pier, kayak launch, boardwalk, and camping!
