Great little get away from all the Orlando traffic. The trails are very easy trails to walk and have a nice peaceful tone to them. They are also very well kept paths. It is never overly crowded so you can almost always find a nice secluded spot to rest or hangout at. There is a beautiful river at the end of the trail with places to sit or setup a hammock and chill. It is pet friendly, so you can bring your little pup with you if you want. Also a nice path for any runners or bikers. I take my bike out almost every day, it is a good workout and is always a gorgeous ride through. I highly recommend Econ River to anyone looking for a relaxing walk in nature.

A pretty basic Florida trail most of the way with some open areas that may be a bit too much sun during the summer, once you get back along the river it's very nice and has a lot of shade.

I had a blast going on the econ river and I went on top of a tree with a rope course thing that is set up. I jumped 20 feet in the air which is where the end of the tree branch ended. It was the scariest thing I ever did, for the first time, but was totally worth it. So much fun, and makes you think how you gotta be able to conquer your fear of heights, etc.
