Let me just start off by saying the ladies here are extremely friendly. I can go to them to ask any questions about the apartment and they answer kindly. Not only are they nice but I've made friends with the maintenance guy and he has helped us out many times. The outter complex is kept clean from bugs/litter as well as the pool is cleaned weekly. The actual apartment is beautiful.

Gorgeous park with clean facilities, splash pad, playground and open spaces. The only negative is that they have a very low wall surrounding the lake that isn't fenced by the playground and splash pad. It's only a matter of time before a kiddo goes over.

Fun place to just take the kids and walk around. Love the big swan boats and the big chess boars in the grass. Splash pad is a decent size too.

Oviedo Park is very well maintained, and it's in a very nice area. I definitely recommend checking it out, and if you can catch one of their special events, do it!
