Place is very neglected and full of holes. Pull through has very deep gutter holes that need some kind of drainage system install. Also the outlet we had didn't work, so we requested another pull through. The girl at the office seemed to be clueless as to our demise until we explain the problem. I don't think we will be returning to Hidden Valley ever again. Note to self: read rating and look at photos and aerial photography.

Hidden Valley RV Park was the best idea to stay comfortably sound in our RV while awaiting the conveyance of our ranch. Beautiful mountain views, clean fresh air, quite nieghbors, friendly staff, and great amenities! Shane the manager has done a fantastic job taking immediate action on any request for assistance or guidance! He truly made our visit a 5 star experience! I highly recommend Hidden Valley RV Park to anyone looking for peace and serenity when it comes to RV Parks. Thank you Hidden Valley & Special Thanks to Shane, Rebecca and the awesome staff for giving my family the best guest service possible! See y'all real soon!

Worst experience ever. Front office person named Diana or Dian whatever her is quoted me 325 for a month when I show up said it's 350 and called me a liar... never ever will I stay here.. she is the rudest and isn't professional. They need to get rid of her before their rep gets to bad... FYI never. argue with the customer because the customer is always right regardless.. that's day one stuff don't forget that Diane or Diana whatever your name is..

Neglected, That's it. The place looks like no one cares about the grounds or the "amenities". It was a great parking lot with sewer and electric. The park was overgrown. Bernalillo county sheriff's were present 3 times in a two week period. No wifi, or anything for the kids to do. The pool had no water in it on labor day weekend. Hot tub? No. The showers were not cleaned on a regular basis. Like is said neglected.

This is a very good stop-over spot. I wouldn't want to stay very long. The spaces are as tight as I have ever seen. If someone were next to us we would have had to choose between slides OR awning. However the price was definitely right with SKP membership and the management was very friendly and helpful. It's new management here so I would discard reviews before 2017. Great place to do laundry before moving on.
