Great park! Gated entrance. 2 laundry facilities on site. Pool, hot tub, kids playground and dog run. Free breakfast every day for short-term visits and free coffee for all. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I visited one of the permanent residents. The place was clean and there was a grounds keeper working too. Felt safe and the resort allows dogs. That is a shoo in right there. Laundry facilities on site.

Updated-If you see the man below walk the other way-he has extremely poor customer service skills...his name is Robert T. I initially rated this campground 5 stars, but after many negative run- ins with him I had to edit my review. For example, he told us to stop feeding a stray cat, which is inhumane to say the least, so we made him a bed and fed him more. We took it upon ourselves to find him a home and after a wk of looking he ended up at the humane society, no thanks to Robert. We left 11 days early because of all of the issues. Original-We've been @ American RV for 6 wks now and we love it more and more everyday. Lori was able to grant our request to move into a more spacious site, which has been wonderful!

Gated and slightly out of town which is great. Staff seems overwhelmed at times and can be dismissive if you have an issue. The park is quiet and feels safe, and should be great for short stays. Although if you're staying monthly you may want to consider a different park as it's pretty expensive and is going to be even more starting in January. The amenities are just there to match what's said on the website and aren't "resort" quality at all and as such really don't justify the price at this point in my opinion. That being said the new manager seems to be attempting to make improvements!

Very nice rv park. Clean restrooms and showers. Nice continental breakfast. I would stay here anytime.
