Awful. DO NOT GO HERE. I paid what mother owed in the lot rent and they were mad that a car needed to be removed from my drive way and that a small shed was built on their property. every place has their own shed but ours.. OK i get it. Get permission. That's understandable. But i was told if i paid the amount owed that we would be ok to stay. NOPE! right after that kick us out. no money didn't care and excuse was the place was unlivable!? painted the trailer built a shed and its.. not.. livable. don't go here they lie and take your money. prob just flipped it for profit. Im doing great now going to college and making my own business. ill just watch yours burn down from afar with how its being ran. smh
