My last visit was so disturbing. We were left unattended for @ 1/2 hr compramizing the quality of the vaccines (should NOT be administered at room temperature) one of my dogs got so tired of waiting so long jumped off the scale where emoyee left him and he ended up hurting his head. Called back to complain, was not given due process. Lost my business. Should care more for your customers.

We have 7 dogs that we take here. Dr. Donaldson is an excellent vet. She is personable and professional. She spends good time with our dogs and answers all our questions. I like that she prints us papers off the computer, giving us information to read about in regards to the various ailments or problems that our dogs have. Staff is friendly and helpful as well.

High Desert is a good and modern facility to bring an exotic or furry friend for routine checks or urgent care. They have been updating their equipment for a more rapid diagnosis for your companion so you and your furry family member can be on your way. Great service with a team that will treat your pet well as well as products and food for them as well. 5 stars!

The BEST VET in all of N. M. I've been to different Vets all around the country & Dr. Donaldson is by far the best I've ever come in contact with. The Office personal are in a league of their own & everyone that works there has every right to hold their head high & above all the other vets in N. M..
